Exhibition Fee Structure (6sq.m. booth space)

You can participate as exhibitor starting with a 6 sq.m. booth or 12 sq.m. and 24 sq.m. For a version of "Terms & Conditions" in Spanish and Euskera, please click here.
There are other booth alternatives you might consider. Please read our "Sponsorship Opportunities".
Space will be assigned on a "first come, first served" basis.

Standard 3m x 2m (approx. 9´ 10" x 6´ 7") booth includes:

• - 2 general registrations with access to the partnering system
• - Standard exhibit space including back panel and partition panels as needed
• - Carpeting
• - Standard power supply & lighting
• - Small meeting table with two chairs

Other booth equipment such as extra furniture, additional power supply and special electric equipment, wired LAN internet access, etc. should be ordered directly from our trade show contractor.
